How do I upload a receipt?
Go to Documents and click Upload (or take a photo on your phone). Our OCR reads the vendor, date, amount, and VAT automatically — you can correct anything it gets wrong.
What is Peppol and why do I need it?
Since 1 January 2026, Belgian businesses must exchange B2B invoices as structured e-invoices through the Peppol network — PDFs and paper no longer count. This app creates and sends Peppol invoices for you, automatically.
Is the app really free?
Yes — the core is free to start with fair monthly limits: documents, invoicing, Peppol, tax checklists, exports. Paid plans (Pro €39/mo, Platinum €99/mo) add unlimited use, AI assistance, and accountant access.
How does the app lower my accounting bill?
Accountants charge for time spent sorting messy paperwork. The app gives them one tidy, categorized, digital export pack instead — so they only do the high-value review and filing.
Can I use this instead of an accountant?
The app organizes and prepares — it does not replace a licensed accountant. For filings and binding advice, always work with a professional. We make their work (and bill) smaller.
What happens when a client doesn't pay?
Open 'Unpaid? Legal steps' for a country-specific escalation path: friendly reminder → formal notice → interest → collection → court. With templates at each step.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union, encrypted, and it's never used to train AI models. You can export or delete everything at any time — that's your right under GDPR.
