The essentials we commit to: your data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. We collect only what the app needs to work (account details, business profile, the documents you upload). We never sell your data and never use it to train AI models. Biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint) happens entirely on your device — we never receive or store biometric data. You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time from Settings, and reach our privacy team at privacy@kvaiaccountant.com. The full GDPR-compliant policy (legal bases, retention periods, subprocessors, DPO contact) will be finalized with a professional before launch.
